Tala Koula Radio Program is the longest running Tongan language radio show in the USA
In the late hours of every Sunday evening, the Tala Koula Tongan language program broadcasts throughout the world from the KRCL FM studio in Salt Lake City, Utah. Hosted by 'Ivoni Mālohifo'ou Nash, Lupe Mālohifo'ou, Mele To'o Folau and featuring a variety of guests from all over the world, Tala Koula is the longest running Tongan language program in the USA. Originally a segment on the pioneering Voice of Polynesia radio show back in the 80's, Tala Koula naturally evolved into its own show to meet the needs of a large and quickly growing Tongan community in Utah. With the introduction of internet radio, Tala Koula can now be heard anywhere in the world.
