On June 11th, the NTAS hosted the Utah Partners for Health Mobile Health Clinic at our office. The Mobile Health Clinic provides free primary care visits for low-income and underserved individuals in Salt Lake County. Charity Vision was also on site to provide free vision exams, prescriptions and reduced cost glasses.
Services provided by Utah Partners for Health include Medical Care, Preventive Dental, Eye Care, Physical Therapy, Radiology, Ultrasound and Counseling.
